Arrival – Hanoi
Welcome to Hanoi, you will be collected by our local guide at Hanoi Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. The room is at your disposal from 14.00 onwards. The balance of the day is your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Hanoi – Ha Long Bay
After breakfast, we will leave Hanoi without the guide for a journey to Halong Bay, one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites with its 2000 islands located in a background of limestone in the Gulf of Tonkin. Coming to Halong, visitors will be impressed with the beauty of natural achievement and many wonderful types of scenery. You will enjoy an overnight cruise on a wonderful boat floating on Halong Bay and savor a special menu of fresh seafood that will absolutely bring you the best moment you have ever had. You will be served with lunch and dinner on boat. Overnight onboard.

Ha Long Bay – Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, enjoy your time to sunbathe and relax in the fascinating background of the bay. After brunch on board – around 11.30 am, back to Hanoi – en route, our private car picks you up for the airport and then take the flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by our local guide and driver and transferred to your hotel to check-in. The room is at your disposal from 2 pm onwards. The balance of the day will be free at your leisure. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Ho Chi Minh City tour and Cu Chi TunnelsI
Pick up at your hotel and start the city tour included: Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of both the Indochina wars. Notre Dame Cathedral & central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda. Relax and have lunch at a local restaurant.02:00 pm: Depart around 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars.There is a shooting range where you can try to fire automatic or semi-automatic weapons for a fee (this fee is not included) 06:00 – 07:00 pm: Be dropped off at your hotel. Day trip to Meknog Delta
Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 1,5 hours to My Tho. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilets. Upon arrival, we board a motor-boat and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong River, including four famous islands “Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix”. Stop at one of the floating fish houses, in nets and wire baskets under their house, the villagers cultivate freshwater fish and shrimp – a major export product of the region.Cross the River to the other side, you will stop at a traditional workshop to witness a step-by-step process on how to make coconut candy, honey farming… while trying some yourself and listening to traditional music. Enjoy what local people offer by hand rowing a sampan along the shady, breezy canal. We will transfer to local transportation called Xe Loi to travel throughout the villages. You will get lunch at a riverside restaurant with a Vietnamese 5-course set menu. Please request in advance if you have a food allergy, you are a vegetarian, or you observe Halal. Take a rest after lunch before boarding the motor-boat back to My Tho. We drive to Vinh Trang pagoda, an ancient southern architectural gem built in the middle of the 19th century. There are many Buddha statues including some that are over a hundred years old. We drive another 1,5 hours back to Ho Chi Minh city and drop you at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Ho Chi Minh- Vung Tau
Our local driver will meet you and then transfer to Vung Tau by private car (2.5-hour drive). Vung Tau is a great place to escape the bustle of the big city for a while. Take the short trip to leave the noise and pollution of traffic behind and get ready to enjoy a few days of lazing around on soft sandy beaches, indulging in fresh local seafood and exploring the beautiful surroundings. Check-in hotel in Vung Tau. The room is at your disposal at 2 pm. Have a great time to enjoy the peace and the natural atmosphere while walking along the sand. You will sit back and relax when you are on the beach.Back to your hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Free on your own until being transferred back to Ho Chi Minh airport to take your departure flight. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Visa Requirement
- VISA on Arrival for Indian Passport Holders.
- Proof of adequate funds for expenses during the stay (minimum of USD 100 per day)

- Visiting Purpose (social/tourism or work etc.)
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date
General Cancellations Terms
If circumstances make you cancel your tour, you must intimate us the cancellation in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we constrained to levy the following cancellation charges, unless specified:
- Airlines tickets once issued are Non-Refundable.
- Some Hotels room are non-refundable if canceled full room cost will be deducted,
- If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 00 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted
- In case the passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
Important Information
- Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
- While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
- Fantabulous Holidays officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP, etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over the phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
- Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
- Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
- In case your package needs cancellation due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. Fantabulous Holidays shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
- If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Fantabulous Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
FLIGHTS
- The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Fantabulous Holidays will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (VietJet, Malindo, Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways, etc.) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has confirmed for baggage addition
- Please ensure that our Travel Expert will manage the baggage requirements latest by 5 days before the date of departure
HOTEL
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, the customer will get an alternate arrangement in another hotel of a similar category
Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES/TRANSFERS
- Please note that ‘Day at Leisure’ essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have included for that day
- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours, and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
